From our Championship show 2011 "The Committee of the Victorian Bichon Related Breeds Club sincerely regrets an incident that occurred during our Championship show on August 20th, 2011. The accusations made were without Committee consultation, and we wish to emphasise that Mrs R and Ms D Bennett's dog did NOT have kennel cough, as was stated. We understand the upset caused, and are sorry that the day was marred in such a manner."
